Ronald Olum

Dr Ronald Olum is a Medical Officer and a Researcher based in Uganda. He does research in infectious disease epidemiology, implementation science, and global health, with interests in HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and emerging/re-emerging diseases. In 2025, Ronald received the Dr Judy Wasserheit Young Leader Award from the Consortium for Universities in Global Health (CUGH) for his commitment to improving global health outcomes in low-income settings through research and advocacy.
